Blue Like Jazz  by Donald Miller

Read May '05:
I absolutely love this book and highly recommend it to anyone who wants their faith exposed, tried, tested, tormented, and wrecked.  Don't worry what this book is about...just go buy it today.  It will be a match to the dry forest of your faith.

Present Future by Reggie McNeal

Read June '05:
This book did for my view of the church what Blue Like Jazz did for my understanding of the Way of Christ.  It streched, no actually it demolished my previous ecelsiastical paradigms, forcing me to see the church as a missional force and not merely a glorified club.
